


[English] Spanish paella originated in the province of Valencia and is known throughout the world for its combination of flavors that come from the sea. During my stay in Chile I learned about this recipe and one day I decided to make it and the result was very good. . Ingredients: Chilean nacioles shrimps. oysters.(small cucumbers). grouper in small pieces. corn. carrots. green beans. red pepper. spicy chorizos. premium rice. . Preparation: cook the shrimp, pepitonas, grouper and spicy sausages in water with a little vegetable oil 2 spoons and salt with a little hot pepper powder. after the sea protein is ready and cooked. add the vegetables and paprika so that they become soft and the paprika adds flavor. add onion in small pieces and 3 heads of garlic and salt to taste. with medium flame after 10 to 15 minutes, add the rice one and a half cups and 2 cups of water. wait until the rice is cooked and smells good and then it's time to eat something very tasty. . [Spanish] La paella española tiene su origen en la provincia de Valencia y se conoce en todo el mundo por su conjunto de sabores que vienen del mar. Sabores unicos que hacen de la paella un plata muy popular en muchos restaurantes del mundo. En mi estadia en chile aprendi sobre esta receta y un dia decidi hacerla y el resultado fue muy bueno. Ingredientes: Camarones nacioles chilenos. ostras.(pepitonas pequeñas). mero en pedacitos. maiz. zanahoria. porotos verdes. pimenton rojo. chorizos picantes. arroz premium. . Preparacion: cocinar los camarones, pepitonas, mero y chorizos picantes en su agua con poco de aceite vegetal 2 cucharas y sal con un poco de aji picante en polvo. despues que la proteina del mar este lista y cocida. agregar los vegetales y el pimenton para que se pongan suaves y el pimenton le de sabor. hay que agregar cebolla en pedazos pequeños y 3 cabezas de ajo y sal al gusto con llama media luego de 10 o 15 minutos, agregar el arroz una tasa y media y 2 tasas de agua. esperar a que el arroz este cocido y con buen olor y listo es hora de comer algo muy sabroso. . Es una de mis tantas recetas que aprendi durante un empleo que tuve en un restaurante y espero les haya gustado mi receta amigos de hive nos vemos pronto.
