Today i would like to share the Chilli Paneer of my Style, In this recipe Fried cubes of Paneer coated with Corn flour dipped in the Gravy made up of sauces and Veggies. Usually in Chilli paneer Diced onion and Capsicum were used but in my house nobody like big slices of onion and capsicum so I prefer to chopped them, even i didn't used any any sauces just used the Ching's Chinese masala to prepare my dish quick with perfect taste, Those people who are confused about ratio of the sauces but want to get the perfect taste, then this easy & quick recipe is perfect for them. As if your Sauces Ratio is not accurate then your entire recipe can get spoiled.

Ingredients๐
For Frying
โข 12-14 cubes of Paneer/Cottage Cheese. โข 2 tbsp corn flour โข 1 tbsp maida / plain flour โข ยผ tsp pepper powder โข ยฝ tsp salt โข ยผ cup water โข oil,for frying
For Gravy
โข 2 tbsp of Oil. โข 1 chopped Onion. โข 1 Chopped Capsicum. โข 4-5 cloves of Garlic. โข 1 Sachet of Ching's Masala. โข 2 Cups of water. โข 1 tbsp of corn Flour. โข Salt to taste.
Process ๐จ๐ปโ๐ณ
Firstly Chopped the onion & Capsicum & Keep it aside. I prefer to use chopper to do kitchen chores quickly.
Cut the cottage cheese in the Cubes, so thats it becomes easy to fry.
Take a large bowl, add the cubes of Paneer, Maida, Cornflour, black pepper and Salt. Mix it well so that cubes
Heat the oil for frying, add coated paneer cubes one after the another, fry them in medium flame.
Flip the paneer cubes so that it fry well from both the sides, fry them untill it get Golden brown in colour, keep them aside. Even you enjoy the coated paneer as appetizers too.
Now heat the oil in the pan, add some chopped cloves Garlic, wait untill it get aromatic.
Now add chopped onion & capsicum, cooked them in low flame, untill it get translucent.
Now make the slurry, open the ching's chinese masala, add the water to make slurry.
Once your veggies is done, pour the Slurry into kadai, immediately add water as it start getting thicker in texture.
now add the salt & Little bit of corn flour, it make the perfect consistency.
Add the fried paneer cubes into the gravy, cooked them atleast for 5-7 minutes so that paneer cubes absorb the gravy in it.
Keep stirring it, you can add more water depending on your choice and like.
Serve hot Chilli paneer gravy with Fried Rice or indian bread(chapati & paratha).
