Today i would like to share the recipe of Soyabeans & Corn Rice Recipe - it is flavoured Rice with Soyabeans and corns cooked in a pressure Cooker. It is healthy and delicious in taste. It is one pot recipe, quickly and easily can be prepared. You can add vegetables of your choice and availability in your house. Even it is best recipe for the Tiffin or Lunchbox. These are rich in carbs and fiber, soyabeans and Corns pulao is an exception with all nutrients balanced.

Ingredients📃
• 2 cups of Soaked Rice. • 2 tbsp of Mini Soya bean. • 2 tbsp of Sweet corns. • 1 tbsp of Desi-ghee(Clarified Butter). • 1 chopped Onion. • 1 chopped Capsicum. • 3-4 cloves of Garlic. • 1 tbsp of cumin seeds. • Pinch of Hing(asafoetida). • 1 tbsp of Red Chilli powder. • 1 tbsp of garam masala. • Salt to taste.
Process 👨🏻🍳
Wash the Rice with twice or thrice water to remove the dirt, Soaked the rice atleast for 20 minutes.
In the soaked rice add the mini Soya bean chunks. so that soya beans absorb water & become soft. Keep it aside.
Now chopped the onion capsicum and Carrot. As to done by kitchen chores quickly i always used chopper to chopped my veggies. In the chopped veggies add the sweet corns too.
Heat the pressure cooker, add desi-ghee or clarified butter.. even you can use any cooking oil as per you choice.
Add the cumin seeds & asafoetida, wait untill it start crackling.
Now add chopped veggies & corns, saute it on low flame untill it get translucent.
Add the soaked rice & soya beans chunks, add water to cover the rice level, don't add too much water.
Add the salt, red chilli powder & Garam masala, Mix it well.
Cover the pressure cooker with led, at high flame wait for 2 whistle then turn off the flame.
Let's allow the stream to release itself so thats if rice is not cooked then in the stream it will cook well.
Open the cooker, you can see your Soyabean & corn pulao is ready to serve.
Serve the hot Soyabean & corn rice with Flavoured curd, Pickle or Papad. Enjoy it in Lunch or Dinner.
