Hello friends of Hive Food, how are you? Today I'm sharing a delicious pan-fried pork chop with you. I hope you like it.

Hola amigos de Hive food, cómo están? hoy les estoy compartiendo una deliciosa chuleta de cerdo al sartén, espero les agrade.

🍳 Ingredients:

1 large pork chop. 1 garlic clove. Salt and pepper to taste. Oil and margarine. Worcestershire sauce to taste. Mustard to taste.

🍳 Ingredientes:

1 chuleta grande de cerdo. 1 diente de ajo. Sal y pimienta al gusto. Aceite y margarina. Salsa inglesa al gusto. Salsa mostaza al gusto.

🍳 Preparation:

Wash and cut the chop in half, season it with all the ingredients, and set it aside. Place a pan on the stove with oil and margarine, add the chop, and let it cook a little. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover, and let it cook and sear in the fat until browned on both sides.

This dish is served with rice and a lettuce and tomato salad 🍅.

🍳 Preparación:

Lavamos y cortamos en dos partes la chuleta, la condimentamos con todos los ingredientes y la reservamos, colocamos un sartén en el fuego con aceite y margarina, agregamos la chuleta y la dejamos cocinar un poco, agregamos 1/2 taza de agua tapamos y dejamos que se cocine y se grite en su grasa hasta dorar por ambos lados.

Este plato lo acompañe con arroz y una ensalada de lechuga y tomate 🍅.
