Hola amigos de Hive food como están todos? Hoy les comparto una receta sencilla, un riquísimo bistec en su salsa con vegetales. 🍖🫑
🫑 Ingredients:
1 small steak. 1/4 white onion. 1/4 red and green bell pepper. Salt, garlic, and pepper to taste. Add color as needed. Oil and margarine as needed. 1 tablespoon of wheat flour.
🫑 Ingredientes:
1 bistec pequeño. 1/4 cebolla blanca. 1/4 pimentón rojo y verde. Sal, ajo y pimienta al gusto. Color el necesario. Aceite y margarina la necesaria. 1 cucharada de harina de trigo.
🫑 Preparation:
Start by seasoning the steak, which is previously cleaned and trimmed of fat. Add salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and rub it well. Finally, add the flour and coat both sides.
Place the pan on the stove, add oil, margarine, and add the steaks. Turn them over on both sides until well browned. Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into julienne strips. Once browned, add all the vegetables and mix well. At this point, taste for salt and add a little beef broth to cook the vegetables. Serve when the liquid is gone. I accompanied this dish with some rice and a cucumber 🥒 and tomato 🍅 salad.
🫑 Preparación:
Empezamos condimentado el bistec el cual está previamente limpio y sin grasa, usamos sal, pimienta, ajo machacado lo untamos bien, por último colocamos la harina y la untamos por ambos lados.
Colocamos el sartén en el fuego colocamos aceite, margarina y agregamos los bistec para dorarlos le vamos dando vuelta por ambos lados hasta dorar bien, mientras vamos cortando los vegetales en juliana, al estar dorados agregamos todo los vegetales y los mezclamos bien, en este punto probamos la sal y colocamos una poco de caldo de carne para cocer un poco los vegetales, al consumir el líquido lo servimos, este platillo yo lo acompañe con un poco de arroz y una ensalada de pepino 🥒 y tomate 🍅.
