Hello friends, happy day to everyone, today I am sharing with you a delicious sweaty steak with onion 🧅 and tomato 🍅.

Hola amigos feliz día para todos, hoy les estoy compartiendo un delicioso bistec sudado con cebolla 🧅 y tomate 🍅.

🍖 Ingredients:

1 large steak. 1/4 white onion 🧅. 1 tomato 🍅. 1 garlic clove. Salt and pepper to taste. Oil as needed.

🍖 Ingredientes:

1 bistec grande. 1/4 cebolla 🧅 blanca. 1 tomate 🍅. 1 diente de ajo. Sal y pimienta al gusto. Aceite el necesario.

🍖 Preparation:

I'll start by cutting the steak into small pieces, season it with salt, pepper, and ground garlic, and set it aside. Now, cut the onion 🧅 and tomato 🍅 into julienne strips and set it aside.

Heat a pan or pot with oil, add the pieces of meat, and sauté them well or to your liking. Cover the pot and let it cook a little in its steam. Once it's cooked to your liking, add the onion and mix it a little. Then, add the tomatoes 🍅, continue mixing, and then we're done cooking. I served it with some mashed potatoes and a lettuce 🥬 and carrot 🥕 salad.

🍖 Preparación:

Empezaré cortando el bistec en trozos pequeños, lo adobo con la sal, pimienta y ajo molido y lo reservamos, ahora cortamos la cebolla 🧅 y el tomate 🍅 en julianas y reservamos.

Colocamos un sartén u olla a calentar con aceite, colocamos los trozos de carne para sofreírlos bien o al gusto de la persona, tapamos la olla y dejamos cocinar un poco en su vapor, al estar al gusto deseado agregamos la cebolla y la mezclamos un poco y luego los tomates 🍅 seguimos mezclando y ya podemos concluir la cocción, yo lo acompañe con un poco de puré de papas, y ensalada de lechuga 🥬 y zanahoria 🥕.
