Hello all Bloggers
Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well. Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe. Last time I shared the recipe of Lamb Meat ( karahi Gosht ), I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍 Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Shami Kabab.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Minced Meat ( 500 grams )
- Chickpeas ( 300 grams )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 100 grams )
- Spices Powder
- Egg ( 2 )
- Green Chillies
- Tomatoes ( 50 grams )
Process
Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys. So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.
First, I put the minced meat in the pressure cooker and added a cup of water to it and let it boil for ten minutes. I added a cup of water so that the water would also dry up along with the minced meat for ten minutes and I added a little salt so that it would dissolve well inside the minced meat.
After 10 minutes, when I opened the pressure, you can see that the water that was there has been absorbed, but if some water remains, we dry it well on the stove. Well, after drying the water well, I took out the mince in a pot.
Once it cooled, I sieved it thoroughly so that there were no lumps left in it.
Now I put the chickpeas in the pressure cooker to boil and I also added a little salt and two cups of water and left it to boil. I had soaked the lentils for about an hour beforehand so that they softened somewhat.
The chickpeas were cooked after just four minutes of pressure. I didn't want to cook them too much, I strained the water out of them and put them in a basket to dry.
Once it cooled, I ground the lentils well like mince and now I added green masala to it which included finely chopped tomato, finely chopped onion (I had strained the water from the onion) and finely chopped green chillies.
And now I added spices to it which included salt, ground red chili, turmeric, black pepper, kabab spice and hot spices.
Now, I added an egg and mixed the entire mixture well so that everything was well combined and became one.
Once the mixture was ready, I started shaping them into kababs and In a short time, I made all the kababs.
Now it was my turn to fry these kababs, so for that I beated an egg well and started frying them by dipping the kababs in it one by one and turning them over with the help of a flipper and when they turned brown, I took them out on a plate.
Final Look:
My Shami kababs were completely ready. You can serve them with paratha for breakfast or with Biryani for Dinner or with any kind of rice. They give a very unique taste to all kinds of food.
I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good I hope you all like my recipe.Bye...🤗
