Just hearing the name Fuchka makes your mouth water. It is a popular street food, which is easily available in every city, market and corner of Bangladesh. This food has a unique appeal especially among young people. This food made with a mixture of sour and spicy spices is not only delicious but also very popular as a companion for a chat.Although fuchka is a very delicious and popular food, one should be careful about its health. The popularity of fuchka is not only due to its taste but also because of the different serving style. The vendor makes the fuchka and eats it while standing next to another. It becomes a social experience where friends stand together and eat fuchka and spend their favorite moments. It is called by different names in different areas like in some areas it is called Panipuri and in some areas it is called Golgappa. But despite the different names, the love for it is everywhere. Fuchka vendors always use their own spices due to which it has different flavors. This variety of flavors makes the customers interested in visiting new stores.Since it is made in the open, its hygiene is low. So it should be eaten in small quantities. However, the specialty of homemade fuchka is different, it is healthier than outside. So today I made some fuchka at home, although the fuchka was ready-made, but the spices were made by myself and the taste is amazing. Everything made at home is healthy, so everyone should eat homemade food and avoid outside food.
