Starting something new can be mind blowing sometimes. That is how it looks to me right now. For long I have been searching for a place where I can be sharing my knowledge, thoughts with people. I also wants to meet same people that same goals with me. I have come to believe that hive community is the best place for me to share all my ideas.
My name is Oluchi Cynthia am from Enugu State, Nsukka to be precise. I was born on September 2002. I came from a loving home that taught me self respect and the importance of hard working. The morals made be to become who am I today. A very big thanks to my parents.
I school at queen rosary secondary school at Nsukka. During my junior secondary, I began to develop interest in reading and writing because I had a good English teacher back then. After my secondary school I wrote jamb twice before getting admission into University of Nigeria Nsukka. At school, I faced lots of challenges in my university days. Always waking up early in the morning to prepare for lectures, else you won't get any seat to sit because of the crowd. Some days lecture do end by 6 pm. Coming back home looking like a malnourished child. Although it wasn't funny at all but God came through for me. Today am proudly a graduate of laboratory scientist 2024 🎓🙌.
Apart from my education I love singing, reading and writing gives me joy. I love reading good novels. Singing and listening to music is another thing which I respect so much. Through singing, I can easily express my feelings at that moment. Listening to good music helps me to forget my sorrow, most especially when am sad. I also love writing, it helps me to put my experience, feelings on a piece of paper either through story telling or as an article.
The first I heard of hive community was in an online class with my lecturer in school where she was telling us that they are different platforms where we can interact with people who are eager to learn and we will also learn from them. Although she did go deep into the explanation But after the class which was last year 2024, I became so curious about this community called Hive. I began to do a personal research about it I visited different pages in Google just to get a better explanation about hive community. And today I have make a bold step to create my own hive account, after I have gone through the rules and regulations of hive. Most especially taking other people's content, reposting your own content and using AI-generated content is prohibited in the hive community.
My reasons of joining hive is simple, I want to learn from people and also create my own content which others can gain from. I believe that sharing knowledge together makes us grow everyday. I hope to meet people from different part of the world . I want to learn their culture and creativity and also share my own creativity of writing and singing.
Writing is not all about telling a story is about communicating with people to understand even when you have never come in contact with the person. Am fully ready to inspire people here with my writing and singing creativity. I also love reading good books, because it gives me inspiration and makes me feel relax. Through reading you can learn from other people's mistakes and learn how to adjust yours.
I am someone who enjoys deep conversations and not here to post and leave, I will also read other people's story create an engagement with them so as to learn from them.
Conclusion of my introduction. I just want to say a very big thank you for those who brought about hive community, am so excited that I finally find a place where I can learn from different people in the world and also share my own knowledge with them.

Nice to have you on here! I'm also pretty new to the platform, having only joined one month ago. So take my advice with a pinch of salt. I'm not quite sure of SpendHBD is the perfect community to post introductions. I have only seen people show their shoppings here, which they paid with Hive Dollars. But I may be wrong. Apart from that I wish you a great journey on Hive. I find it somewhat hard actually making any personal connections with people, but maybe that will change once I get more active and post more myself - Discord servers for the most part seem pretty dead at least. Maybe you have better luck!
Since I've joined about a month ago I have seen many people talking about how the platform lost loads of users in the past years. At the same time I read a hand full of introduction posts every day. So maybe the community is somewhat growing again? Maybe both statements can be true at the same time. Anyways, it is nice having you here.
