Siempre me gusta viajar a Siria probando comida árabe y siempre de la mano de la abuela de mi amigo Garabet, que prepara una comida árabe exquisita que he tenido la oportunidad de probar variedades hechas por ella. En esta ocasión, nos reunimos como amigos a probar el real falafel que es diferente a los que preparan en Alibaba o algún siguió de la ciudad de Cumaná.

I always enjoy traveling to Syria to try Arabic food, and I always do so with my friend Garabet's grandmother, who prepares exquisite Arabic food. I have had the opportunity to try many of her dishes. On this occasion, we got together as friends to try real falafel, which is different from the ones they make at Alibaba or any other restaurant in the city of Cumaná.

Siempre es bueno compartir con amistades, es lo que me hace mucha falta en este momento de tanto estrés. La pasé genial con mis amistades, me quedé a dormir porque se me hizo tarde y no tenía carro para trasladarme a dónde vivo. ¿Lo bueno?, es que, desayuné dulces árabe que es como una especie de mil hojas con crema de leche y encima le colocan miel. Otro dulce que probé fue como una especie de arroz con coco pero no es, es la contextura homogénea que se asemeja.

It's always good to share with friends, which is something I really need right now during this stressful time. I had a great time with my friends, I stayed overnight because it got late and I didn't have a car to get back to where I live. The good thing is that I had Arabic sweets for breakfast, which are like a kind of mille-feuille with cream and honey on top. Another sweet I tried was like a kind of coconut rice, but it's not, it's just the texture that resembles it.

En fin, terminé viendo la velada de del año y observé como roro perdió además de que se fracturó nuevamente el tobillo. Uns lesión que ya tenía antes y bueno, soy igual fan de roro. Espero les haya gustado mucho, nos vemos pronto!
