Hello everyone, today I'll be sharing the atmosphere of our friend's birthday party, from the preparations until the candle-blowing ceremony. This was also our holiday trip. We were invited to a birthday party, and we've stayed at his house many times before. We often celebrate together at various festivals, but not in my city. We'd have to travel about four hours.
The day before my friend's birthday party, I prepared some Thai food for the birthday party. Some dishes need to be prepared the day before. Today's menu items were fried spring rolls, pineapple fried rice, and mango sticky rice. These are popular Thai dishes, and I wanted to share them with them.
It was the birthday party in the morning. We woke up early to prepare food, hoping to arrive before noon. So, we had to prepare the food in the morning. We rushed to prepare a few dishes, but the preparation process was quite complicated, as we had to prepare everything within 2-3 hours, since we had to drive.
After that, we packed our things and got ready to load the car. Then, a friend called to tell us we were starting the birthday party that evening, which gave us plenty of time. We drove slowly, avoiding the traffic and road closures. Fortunately, it was dinner.
We arrived around 3 p.m. and stopped by the department store to buy some more things. Then we went inside. There were two small children and a dog named Stitch. He was so adorable, as small as a mouse, and he was so playful.
After a while, we had to prepare dinner, plate it, or heat up the food we had made earlier in the day so it would be delicious when we bought it. Everything seemed rushed, so we didn't have much time to take photos. We set the table and plated the food.
And the party got underway. There were about nine of us at the birthday party. Two of the children came back, and I served the food I had carefully prepared. They loved it, and I was so happy that I could cook for a foreigner.
They loved everything and ate it with relish. There were also prepared food, followed by dessert, and then we blew out the candles on the cake.
