Pride is a silent killer. For it has destroyed a lot of great people. There is a saying that pride goes before a fall. This means that before a man falls, he allowed pride to ride over him. Pride has hindered so many people to get to their next level in life. One thing with pride is, once you allow pride to come in, it will make you forget where you are coming from and start acting as if you are above everyone else. But the thing is, no matter your height in life there is someone out there who is still above you. So why looking down on people because of your position or height in Life? You should know that your position or wealth is not permanent, for you will one day live everything behind. Since you won't take your certificate, riches, houses, cars, position or possession to the grave when you die, be intentional on staying humble. It's so obvious that some individuals start ignoring the people they grew up with or start life with simply because they are now elevated to another level in life. Pride will limit your level of growth in life, and you won't see it cause you're blinded with it. For the scripture says, God resist the proud but give grace to the humble. So if you don't want to be resisted, stay humble. The scripture also says, if you humble yourself God will lift you high. So if you want to be lifted in life, stay humble. In Conclusion, humility is the door to many possibilities. Thanks for going through my post.
