Hello everyone!! Assalamu alaikum,I am Jakia Simi from Bangladesh. So,today i have shared a little moment where's I spending time with my family and friend. Friends and family are two of the most important pillars of a happy and meaningful life.they are not just people we are connected to by blood or

companionship. They are the one's who loved us,support us unconditionally and make life's journey worthwhile. While family gives us roots, friends give us wings to explore life.Family is the first social unit a person belongs to.From birth a child learns values,manners,culture and the sense of right and wrong from their family. So,the importance of family and friend is more in our life.

So today I went to eat Kachchi at the famous Kachchi Dine in Bangladesh with my family.Eating Kachchi with family is a happy memory. Everyone sitting together and eating hot Kachchi is different. Usually this Kachchi is a very favorite dish of Bengalis. It is mainly made with khasi, but it is also made with cow or chicken, but the taste is better in khasi. Basically, in a large pot, first the meat is mixed with rice, onion, beresta, kewra, water, almonds, raisins, etc., and then it is cooked in a slow cooker for 30 minutes.

The best taste of Kachchi Biryani is not possible to get from any other food.Conversations are better when there is a delicious meal with family and friends.Yesterday was a special day for me and the taste of the kacchi was amazing. The rice was fluffy and went well with the meat. One piece of meat and one piece of potato was an amazing taste.I think everyone should taste the traditional Kachchi of Bangladesh.That's all for today. Stay well friends, stay healthy, thank you.
