The most important meal of the day
You've heard it said I'm sure?
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Whether it's true or not, I do enjoy a good breakfast.
As you can see above, for me that means lots of fresh local (if possible) fruit and nuts all hoddled together in a big bowl with some oat bran and chia seeds.
Top up the bowl with milk and there you have be it.
The breakfast of champions!
It even looks well if I may say so myself.
I also often leave it until around 12:30pm, which gives me a good stretch of intermittent fasting which I think is very good for the holistic system that is our bodies.
