Lembayung by Aroma Rasa_{One of My Favorite Restaurants in Klaten}

Hi everyone, welcome to my blog again.!!

This time I want to share a story about one of my favorite restaurants in Klaten, its called "Lembayung by Aroma Rasa". From the first time I came here, I immediately fell in love with everything about this restaurant.!! For me, there hasn’t been another place that can match the deliciousness of the food offered here. You absolutely have to come here.

As soon as you walk in, you will be greeted by a bustling atmosphere. Even though I came here at 11 AM, and the restaurant opens at 11 AM as well, it was already really crowded here.!! Can you believe that? I can't imagine how delicious it will be when it’s just opened and already this busy.

The menu here is divided into three categories: regular menu (Indonesian food), western food, and seasonal food. Without further ado, I immediately tried to order several dishes from each menu variant.

Speaking of food, “Lembayung by Aroma Rasa” has flavors that can delight the palate so truly. A unique and unforgettable flavor story belongs with each dish.

This food is popular supposedly. Indeed, people said it's a favorite here. And this seems to be true. The looks seems beautiful. The chicken is tender, and its sweet, spicy seasoning goes through the deepest fibers of the meat. That grilled smell hits at you instantly once you take such a bite. This smell makes your appetite increase. The food has just enough spice to make me sweat but is not too spicy and its sweetness makes you want more.

If this one, the story is different. The smell of the spices is rich so it has a strong taste of Balinese seasoning. Also, the tender chicken has a seasoning that simply sticks perfectly. It tastes savory. The spices do punch at the tongue. The broth is very savory to taste. It is also refreshing. This dish is as delicious as Chicken Taliwang.

After trying Indonesian food, I tasted Western food. For Western food fans, this is the perfect comfort food. The beef patty has good seasoning and it's juicy also thick. The mushroom sauce is creamy and savory.The melted cheese on top makes the taste even richer and lingers on the tongue. The vegetable salad is quite fresh too. It balances the creaminess of the sauce with cheese.

After heavy food, I tasted this dish. The fish used was fresh dory, fried in a crispy, yet not greasy, batter. The fish meat is white and very soft, almost melting in your mouth.. The french fries are crispy on the outside and they are soft on the inside, with seasoning that is right on the palate.

Now, this is the perfect dessert. This cheesecake is different from others. The texture is super smooth and dense, but not fluffy. The caramelized burnt top gives a unique bitter and sweet flavor, very different from the creamy cheese taste inside. It’s so well balanced.!!

How about that? Can you imagine how delicious it is? Every bite is truly memorable. You absolutely have to come and experience the sensation of dining at Lembayung by Aroma Rasa.!!
