This is the fish that I am currently cleaning until it is clean and I cut it into small pieces, the fish is still very fresh, I will cook all of this fish later including the head and tail of the fish, including the fish eggs, because the fish is big the eggs will be very delicious in my opinion,

Back again to this sure tumeh fish, it is a typical food from my area, this is our daily menu at home, besides being delicious it is also very nutritious, especially when eaten with stir-fried water spinach and shrimp paste, it must be very delicious, right?

This is the result of the cooking, this stir-fried tuna curry sauce is very delicious, and very tasty, the original sweet taste of the fresh fish is also very delicious.

Indeed, large tuna fish like this are suitable for cooking special curry that is really tasty, my mother very often makes tuna fish curry because she really likes fish sauce like this, this fish curry sauce is very suitable for your daily cooking at home, just like us in a week there must be one or two days we cook this tuna fish curry sauce, and it just so happens that tuna fish in our area is very abundant
