Hello culinary friends around the world, today I'm going to invite you to make a special dish using sausage: crispy fried sausage. Usually, I just fry sausages as usual, but today I'm going to make crispy fried sausages, and of course, I think they're delicious.

It started with my son wanting fried sausages. Luckily, I had a large supply of sausages in the fridge, so I didn't need to buy any more. I just grabbed some and made this homemade crispy fried sausage.

Sausages are indeed fast food that can be eaten directly, but if fried or processed again it will become a delicious dish, because this is made from chicken and flour, it is very popular with children, right? But we also have to be careful in choosing this sausage, never give children to eat sausages that have not been fried, even though the packaging says ready to eat, but for some reason every time I get home I always fry it again, then I give it to my child.

With a beautiful shape and crispy taste like this, it makes my child like it even more.

4 sausage slices 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour 7 tablespoons breadcrumbs *** *** ### Manufacturing procedure ### *** *** **First** *** I took a little water and dissolved it in all-purpose flour, I stirred it until it was evenly mixed and not too runny, after that I started cutting the sausage into 4 parts but don't let the sausage break apart.

**Second** *** Next, I boiled the sausages in water until they expanded, then I drained the sausages, then I dipped them in the all-purpose flour solution and then in the breadcrumbs.

**Third** *** After I coat it evenly in breadcrumbs, I fry it until it is perfectly cooked, then I remove it and drain it.

My crispy fried sausage is ready to be enjoyed, I served it with my favorite chili sauce, because if you dip it with this sauce, the sausage is even more delicious and a little spicy, but if you don't like spicy food, don't dip it with chili sauce, just eating it like this is already very delicious.

When you bite into it, it's really crispy. Sausages fried like this are really delicious. Try frying sausages with flour and breadcrumbs. It's a really authentic combination of flavors. Kids will definitely love it.
