
Have you ever bought a loaf of bread but ended up with a lot left over? Well, instead of letting it go to waste, let's make it into a delicious and crunchy snack like this. Made from bread and coffee, this cake is a favorite among everyone, including me, my mother, my husband, and my son.

My son loves bread, but he really likes the jam. When the jam runs out, he doesn't want to eat it anymore. That's why we often have leftovers at home. So I had the idea to make him a delicious and nutritious coffee-flavored bread snack that everyone will love.
Well, if you still have leftover bread at home, there's no harm in trying to make this coffee-flavored bread. The combination of coffee and bread makes it very delicious in my opinion. This is the first time I've made this coffee bread from white bread, not bread that I mixed myself. I only mixed the coffee as a spread on the bread and then I baked the bread as usual.

6 slices of white bread
5 tablespoons of flour
1 packet of instant coffee
1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
Grated cheese to taste
Margarine to taste

I took two loaves of bread, then I spread margarine on both loaves, then I filled them with grated cheese and sweetened condensed milk, then I covered the loaves with another loaf of bread, I did the same thing on the next loaf of bread, then I put the bread aside for now, because I was going to make the coffee mixture.

I took a glass containing a little hot water, then I poured the coffee into the glass, I stirred it until it was evenly mixed, then I took another container, I put in the flour, margarine and eggs, I stirred them until they were evenly mixed.

Mix the coffee solution into the flour, then stir until everything is evenly mixed and brown, then put the mixture into a triangular plastic bag, then spread it on the outside of the bread, and it's ready to bake.

Bake the bread for approximately 25 minutes, with top and bottom heat at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
RESULTS

and this is the result of my very delicious toast, when I took it out of the oven it was very fragrant, the fragrance was so fragrant that it could be smelled in my neighbor's house, and don't forget I also shared one piece with my neighbor, because the distance between our houses is very close.
It tastes very crispy on the outside, and inside it is very sweet and savory from the cheese that can really be felt on my tongue, I immediately devoured one piece, for one piece of this bread is really very filling, and I think next time I will make this coffee flavored bread again, by making my own bread dough, not using white bread anymore
