Por lo general me encantan las pastas con vegetales, pues le dan un toque especial, como decir mucha sazon, al igual que el arroz, con solo agregarles algunos aliños o vegetales estan listos para tener un buen almuerzo, por los nutrientes que contienen estos alimentos.

1.- Primero, corte los aliños en cuadros muy pequeños.
