
I really wanted to try them because, of all the legumes and grains out there, this one is in my top 5 favorites 😆
So if you like chickpeas as much as I do, you'll love this crunchy way to eat them. I made them for a weekend TV marathon and saved a handful to combine with chicken poke.

Así que si te gustan los garbanzos como a mí, esta forma crocante de comerlos te va a encantar, yo los hice para un maratón de series del fin de semana y guardé un puñado para combinarlos con un poke de pollo.
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

1 unidad de garbanzos en lata
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
1 cucharadita de paprika en polvo
1/2 cucharadita de comino
Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparation:
After opening the can of chickpeas, drain the liquid and let them dry naturally or simply pat them dry with a paper towel to absorb the moisture.Once this is done, transfer them to a bowl and season with the oil, all the spices, and finally the salt and pepper.

Luego de abrir la lata de nuestros garbanzos vamos a retirar el líquido de la conserva y los vamos a escurrir, podemos esperar a que se sequen de forma natural o simplemente hacerlo pasando una servilleta para absorber la humedad.Una vez hecho esto, los pasamos a un bowl o tazón y condimentamos, agrega el aceite, todas las especias y por último la sal y la pimienta.
