Living a life at 71, it feels like a book with many chapters that is already filled with joy. Some lives of others are filled with so much sorrow and deep regrets. So after losing your husband of 45 years, at that moment you thought your story of love had ended in this life.

You will live all by yourself in a quiet house, the empty chair, eating all alone. It was hard. But maybe as time begins to pass, you could wonder, could there be a new room? For getting the kind of your love of your life back again. Would you consider remarrying or having a partner again at that kind of age? Do you think it is meaningful?

Look at any age. Let me see love at any age, no matter what. It is a gift. If you find yourself at 71, you might not be the same woman that you were at 25, where you were chasing your dream, planning the big wedding, going to a house full of kids. Oh that should break my heart. Nah, I crave the connections. It will break my heart. Nah, those laughters. Love those. I swear for my plants, I'll put that there for my life. And someone. You will love to share those moments, like a sunrise walk and that moving night.

So when you think about remarrying again, it might not be a goal, but just for companion. At first, this might feel right, but I've learned that love doesn't just have to be about the look, like it has been before. It can be just a friend who becomes more close to you and more important to you, someone to share your stories, your worries and your life with, even the partners you don't have a dance with.

So why say yes to love again? Yes, you have to say love to love again because you have to say yes to love again because it gives you space to keep going, stay curious. I know your heart might have scars, but this is not just a close-up. You will see friends of your age that is old still finding a new relationship, still remarrying and others too. Enjoying their companionship with others. So when they smile, it makes them remember that life does not stop at being 71. You still need that spark in your life, the kind that makes you laugh until your mouth hurts from laughing, holding heads during a quiet moment.

Of course, there are little chance or the adults, what if it's not the same? Yes, it might not be the same. What if you're too set in that ways? Yes, but I've realized that love isn't about replacing what you had before, it's about adding more value to your life, adding to your story. This is not looking like a fairy tale, but someone to share, continue sharing your journey of life with, instead of being alone, your kids with the eyebrow, but you see something, the moment will be happy. And that is what matters, when they see their mother happy, the kids also will be happy.

So to any widow out there, you know that your heart is stronger. Even at age 71, your life hasn't ended yet. You see how they like to choose who you want to adventure your life with.
