When I go shopping, I imagine the piece I like in various shades, and I usually find it most beautiful in black. An elegant black outfit is sublime; when I crave my rock look, what other color would I wear? Black is slimming, stylizing, has character, is sober, discreet, perfect.

Another point in its favor is its resistance to getting dirty, which is very useful because I'm very casual and spontaneous. I like to sit wherever I feel comfortable, cuddle pets, and do any activity that comes up without having to worry about my light-colored clothes getting ruined if I'm happy, jejeje.

Of course, other colors peek out among my hangers, but you can be sure they were gifts from people who love me very much but don't know me much, or who, knowing me, insist on making my closet bloom.

This way, I can play with safe palettes because who doesn't like the combination of black with yellow, white, pink, or red, as a backdrop for another colorful, patterned, or plaid piece?

Definitely yes. No matter how old I am, as long as I can feel and inspire love, I don't want to give up that opportunity.

To form a couple, you need to admire, trust, respect, desire, and those feelings are as real at 25 as they were at 71. Those who have the inherent capacity to love won't stop doing so with age; on the contrary, they will learn to do it better. And what do they want to do with all those feelings, with the longing to give and receive, to care for and be cared for?

Mi armario viste de negro, no puedo negar mi debilidad por ese color a la hora de elegir la ropa. No es algo que me halla propuesto, supongo que solo ha sucedido como la suma de una serie de causalidades.

Cuando voy a comprar imagino la pieza que me gusta en varias tonalidades y por lo general la encuentro más hermosa en negro. Un outfit elegante de negro es sublime; para cuando se me antoja mi look roquero ¿de qué otro color iba a vestir? El negro adelgaza, estiliza, tiene carácter, es sobrio, discreto, perfecto.

Otro punto a su favor es su resistencia a ensuciarse, lo que me viene muy bien porque soy muy informal y espontánea, me gusta sentarme donde me vaya cómodo, abrazar mascotas, y realizar cualquier actividad que se presente sin necesidad de cuidarme porque mi ropa sea clara y se arruine si soy feliz jejeje.

Por supuesto que otros colores asoman entre mis perchas, pero pueden estar seguros de que fueron regalos de las personas que me quieren mucho pero me conocen poco, o que conociéndome insisten en hacer florecer mi closet.

Así puedo jugar con paletas seguras porque ¿a quién no le gusta el maridaje de negro con amarillo, con blanco, con rosa, con rojo, como soporte de otra pieza abigarrada, estampada o a cuadros?

Además de que combina con todo, le queda bien a mi tono de piel claro con ojos y cejas oscuros. En fin, ya paro de tantas justificaciones. Yo qué sé acerca de razones, lo cierto es que la alegría del color negro ha invadido mi closet y yo me he rendido encantada a su conquista.

Pregunta #2* ¿Considerarías volver a casarte o tener otra pareja si eres viudo/a de 71 años?¿por qué sí o por qué no?

Definitivamente sí. No importa la edad que tenga, mientras pueda sentir e inspirar amor no quiero renunciar a esa oportunidad.

Para formar una pareja se necesita admirar, confiar, respetar, desear y esos sentimientos son tan reales a los 25 como a los 71. Quien tiene la capacidad inherente de amar no dejará de hacerlo con los años, por el contrario aprenderá a hacerlo mejor. Y qué quieren que se haga con todos esos sentimientos, con el anhelo de dar y recibir, de cuidar y ser cuidado.

Es cierto que a esa edad aumenta el riesgo de la pérdida y el dolor que conlleva, pero ese mismo dolor es síntoma de la vida que aún nos anima. Perder significa que tuviste, que te atreviste a ser feliz un año, dos años más, y cada día es una joya, sobre todo si ya tienes 71 y no has olvidado cómo se siente amar.

Qué importa entonces lo que cuente el almanaque si no consigue acallar lo que argumenta el corazón.
