The beauty of life is in the progress we make each day, personally I see each day as a new opportunity, a fresh start an all new horizon for me to scale through, I am someone who hinges on the progress that I have made, because when I look back and reminisce on my journey thus far it motivates me it encourages and tells me that if I can come this far then I can go much further, I draw strength to persevere, I build resilient in this fact.
Every now and then I reflect, I wander in retrospect not that I miss it or that my past life is better than my present no, I go back in time to draw lessons, to build my confidence, using this experiences to fortified my self for the more intensed journey ahead.
The beauty of life is in every phase of life we overcome, imagine you're climbing a mountain, while you're looking up your mind is fixed at the top so no matter the difficulty you experience you will determine to fudge ahead secondly when ever you look back at how far you have come and looking up ahead to where you're headed there is this sudden strength that builds up on your inside, so looking back is necessary not in regret of past mistakes but in reflection of those difficult moment and phases of life that you overcame.....
This is our victory our joy in the fact that if I can overcome that past difficult experience then I can as well overcome whatever is coming up ahead of me...
I am someone who loves to reflect a lot, because I often get inspired by how far I've come, not just because how it motivates me or the feeling of accomplishement that I get but more essentially because i am someone who is always very curious about the nextphase or step i take in life, since I'm skeptical I do my due diligent planning which involves coming from the place of the known to the unknown that is from the past to the future.
I love to make a well informed decision from my past experiences to draw lessons and life's tricks from them that will help me to navigate the course of my next key step in life.....

Woah, I love your different dimensions of reflections.
Refelcting on the different phases of our life, and also on our progress gives is a lot of encouragement.
We can also use checklist to measure these progression.
One of the tools I found very important is the SWOT analysis 👌
