In this condition, there are some free ways available thanks to the Spl team. Now, one more free mode is there that is frontier mode, and this is especially designed for People like us who are new to this game. So yes, you're getting a reward and gathering some cards to increase your strength. There is another way that you can play frontier mode and earn more cards, and that mode is not Much competitive compared to Modern mode. In this blog, we are going to talk about this new update and understand how it is gonna work for the new players. And it is not just for the new players, but also old players are free to play here.

Now you may ask that when the old players come in this particular Mode, they can win easily, but that is not possible because only basic cards are allowed here, those are called foundation cards. So in this mode, everyone is equal. There are three more mods available, such as Wild, Modern, and Survival. Now this one has been newly added, that is the frontier. I have played a battle and also won. During the play, I observed that this particular mode is different from all the other modes because you can feel the different environment in that mode, because the background is changed, and also the battles. At first, I was confused about how I would win the battles. I just need to follow the basic steps, and you should know about that because I hope that you're not here without learning.

• This battle had 47 mana, and all the splinters were available. There were two rules: four's a crowd and unprotected.

• Since there is a Four's crowd rule, which means we can only use four slots. In these slots, we have to decide what we can use. Another rule is unprotected, and in this rule, all the armours disappear from the battle. Also, Summoners with +1 armors do not support such battles.

• I have used great bear druid, lunaki howler, water-logged wizard, and vengeful monk.

• I have used these four cards for a reason, and that reason is the rule of this battle. So, according to the four's crowd rule battle, there are only four slots available. In such battles, using a ranged attack monster is stupid because you already have limited slots, and when you take a ranged attack monster that cannot attack from the first position, that is why you have to use the cards that utilise all the slots of your battle that is why you must use only melee and magic attack monsters.

• Another thing is that the Summoner is providing 1+ magic, which means taking more magic attack monsters is beneficial. And you can see I have used three magic attack monsters because of these reasons. And the first one is outstanding because it has both Melee and Magic attacks, which is why this monster is a master blaster.

• So you can see two key factors helped me to win this battle, one is using more magic attack moisture with one magic attack with +1 magic summoner, as well as not using ranged attack in the rules like a four's crowd rule.

So this particular mode is very important for new players because new players are the backbone of Splinterlands, which means Splinterlands has taken a very good step. if you are very fresh player just landed on the game and just registered then you must try this particular frontier mode because it is very important for you to get cards as a reward Which you owns those particular monsters and one more thing is you will face less competition when you compare this to the other modes of the splinterlands such as survival, wild, and modern modes. That's why frontier mode is playing a key role for the new players

Now everyone is equal in this mode. You can use foundation cards here, which means you depend on your skill. Your real test is going to happen here. You have to understand the abilities of the card. The most important thing is the battle rule. When you understand these two things, the 3rd thing you have to understand Opponent's favorite cards that he takes frequently, which means you have to check the previously used team of the opponent and understand what he has taken, And Set a team according to counter the opponent.
