One thing I have come to love about Vibes web3 music competition is the fact that the chances of you meeting at least one artist that blows your mind is 100%. This week came with a whole bundle of surprises from artists and truth be told I expected nothing less. I was not disappointed at all with the number of interesting artists and music I watched, as a matter of fact I’m currently vibing to take me back by @obaro as I write. I would say listening to the song the first time took me back to a time when I could not write without music. Although I’m past that now, it feels so damn good to vibing and writing and that’s all thanks to @obaro for your wonderful entry.

But then again one artist that really blew my mind was @dan-ifx For a moment I thought I was listening to R-Kelly himself, At least I will say we got our Nigerian R-Kelly because menhhh, that was so LIT. Just in case you get to read this post @dan-ifx please show me where you bought R-Kelly's voice from, I think I would like to also purchase one for myself. Because what was that? Although it was a little rusty towards the end, but it felt like I was listening to R-kelly do a freestyle of his song and it was a really good to watch. One of the things I fell in love with was the flow from beginning to end, there was hardly a flaw except for a few rust here and there, but overall, it was really cool listening to you sing.

To wrap up my review for this week, it was also nice listening to @lorah sing one of my favorite songs. That song reduced me from depression some years back, and this is one of the very few times someone sang it to my satisfaction. I remember someone singing it in week 37, but @lorah’s version was better. I love that she owned the song and did not try to mimic the original artist which brought originality to the presentation, and although she missed some of the lyrics at some point, it was really okay overall.
