Happy Sunday to all, dear friends of the community and lovers of black and white photography. I hope you are all doing great today. Insects often appear in my backyard that catch my eye, and this time I came across a moth and wanted to share these photos with you.

Feliz domingo para todos, queridos amigos de la comunidad y amantes de la fotografía en blanco y negro, espero que se encuentren genial el día de hoy. Muchas veces aparecen algunos insectos en el patio de mi casa que me resultan llamativos y en esta oportunidad me conseguí con una polilla y quiero compartirles estas fotografías.

It was on a raft, and I tried to take some pictures of it there, but I really didn't like how they were turning out, so I tried to catch it with a small wooden stick, and surprisingly, it stayed pretty still and climbed on without any problems. I took it to a place with good lighting and started taking pictures.

Esta se encontraba en una batea, intenté hacerle unas fotografías allí, pero realmente no me gustaba para nada como estaban quedando, por lo que con un pequeño palo de madera intenté tomarla y sorprendentemente se quedó bastante quieta y se subió sin problemas, la llevé a un sitio donde había buena luz y empecé con las fotografías.

The first ones were quite natural, but then I ran out of light and had to resort to my camera's built-in flash, which worked to my advantage, allowing me to capture more details and take more focused photographs, so I was quite happy with the result.

Las primeras fueron bastante naturales, pero luego me quedé sin la luz que tenía y tuve que recurrir al flash integrado de mi cámara, lo cual me benefició, me permitió capturar más detalles y hacer unas fotografías más enfocadas, por lo que quedé bastante contento con el resultado.
