Entry to #monomad Challenge
Hello hiver!
Here I am back with some photos I took of people moving daily through the streets of Pinar del Río. I tried to make sure the subjects didn't notice the camera, aiming for a natural attitude.
I captured a street garlic vendor, one of the many that abound on the streets, almost backlit.
A young girl passed by near where I was resting, and I took advantage of the opportunity because I liked the light at that time of the morning.
An old, disused water hydrant served as a useful photo opportunity.
Some people often go to parks in search of a better connection, as the connection is terrible in many parts of the city.
The granita vendor, with his food service uniform and colorful cart, provided a picturesque touch.
Although there are no major elevations in the city, some streets have a slope that not everyone is willing to face, especially if they have to pedal a bicycle and are somewhat older.

Aquí estoy de vuelta con algunas fotos que hice a la gente que se mueve diariamente por las calles de Pinar del Río. Traté que los sujetos no notaran la cámara, buscando un comportamiento natural.
Capté casi a contraluz a un vendedor ambulante de ajos, de los muchos que abundan por las calles.
Una joven muchacha pasó, cerca del lugar donde yo descansaba y aproveché la oportunidad pues me gustaron las luces que habían a esa hora de la mañana.
Una antigua y en desuso toma de agua me sirvió para hacer la composición fotográfica.
Hay personas que acostumbran a ir a los parques en busca de una mejor conexión, ya que en muchos puntos de la ciudad es pésima.
Una nota pintoresca la aportó el vendedor de "granizados", con su uniforme de trabajador gastronómico y su colorido carrito.
Aunque en la ciudad no hay grandes elevaciones, algunas calles tienen una pendiente que no todas las personas se deciden a enfrentar, sobre todo si hay que pedalear en una bicicleta y ya se cuenta con una edad algo avanzada.

People moving...a great subject to capture that reminds us to continue amidst challenges. Your photos remind me of the peaceful town I grew up in, where people just stop if necessary and continue what they started. You can inspire a lot of people through your photographs so I wish you continue capturing the world.
