Hoy al llegar al estadio y colocar un pie en la grama me senti como en otro lugar, diferente al que frecuento en mis entrenamientos, al entrar me senti en otro espacio al que conozco,quede fascinada el estadio estaba solito para mi, se sentia otro aura, un clima fresco, la grama bien verdesita, y todo en absoluto silencio, claro era bien temprano, generalmente despues de las 7 am comienzan a llegar las personas a entrenar al estadio, aproveche al maximo esta paz, habia mucho silencio, y es bien raro estar asi en el esatdio ya que siempre hay personas, juegos, practicas, pelotas van y vienen. Estaban dadas todas las conidiciones para comenzar mi practica diferente con unos estiramientos al estilo yoga, contectando alma, cuerpo, mente. Una conexion muy especial senti en este dia. Realice varios tipos de postura, y luego un trote de unos minutos, agradeciendo por este momento, el espacio, y el estar en el tiempo preciso.
Today, when I arrived at the stadium and set foot on the grass, I felt like I was somewhere else, different from where I usually train. When I entered, I felt like I was in a different space than the one I know. I was fascinated. The stadium was all mine. There was a different aura, a cool climate, the grass was very green, and everything was completely silent. Of course, it was very early. Usually, after 7 a.m., people start arriving at the stadium to train. I made the most of this peace and quiet. It was very rare to be in the stadium like this, as there are always people, games, practices, and balls flying back and forth. All the conditions were right to start my different practice with some yoga-style stretches, connecting soul, body, and mind. I felt a very special connection on this day. I did several types of poses, and then jogged for a few minutes, giving thanks for this moment, the space, and being in the right place at the right time.
