The major supporters of GEMS @appreciator, @rocky1 and @upmewhale regularly curate in other communities and at times we are supporting more outside the community.

This is the truth as @rocky1 voted on a few of our posts in a different community.

GEMS community became a top trending level this moment on Hive blockchain and past few days I've seen some people's posts got downvoted from another party. (Not everyone) I really appreciate GEMS community's current behavior because it expand beyond gems community's post. But when gems started level only curate this communities posts. But now every curators going over than gems. But recent engagement support not enough to content creators than beneficial rewards. I already talked more about this manner. I made more comments those days and I believe those comments encouraged creators. In this time more people create more contents for earn rewards with price up. But only few people farming more on GEMS and then earn unlimited rewards. Within quarantine period I did same because other peoples encouraged me to create contents.

I knew you and other curators goes only for manual curation and only few people got auto curation. I have one question @bluemist, have you focus to curate limited vote or unlimited votes to content creators every single day?

It seemed to me a very pedagogical and coherent way to call for the unification of criteria or at least to outline a great ecosystem in HIVE. The fact of getting significant votes in publications made in other communities sets a precedent and points the way to building the necessary integration to strengthen the pillars of this nascent Blockchain.

If your healing project did not exist, Hive would be an immense ocean with selective whales that shelter dolphins and other whales that are part of a school unsuitable for fry and juveniles that create quality content with the conviction of developing as they make their contributions.

The GEMS Community is an example of synchronized and objective work in the healing process. My recognition, gratitude and blessings to the entire team. Long life and success for this magnificent project.

GEMS community is doing great work on the hive to bring quality content on the hive platform. In fact, I noticed that GEMS is a community where all topics are welcome provided the creator has put in extra efforts to draft. I could not find any low effort post supported and this is definitely a great move because people will avoid posting low effort content as they know its not going to help them.

What many people are still lacking to know is that for good content creator creating content daily, he or she needs some encouragement in form of upvote to encourage to keep going which will help a lot this I have noticed the gem community have been doing which is great to know even though I am still yet to partake in the manual curation by the gem community.

Thank you for clarifying your voting methodology. Since we changed to #hive I have seen that many communities ask to belong to a certain community with a paid income in hive in order to be voted. It is good to know that you are still free and continue to help the smallest fish. As a Latin user I always seek to publish in English because I find a lot of help in the English communities, the support with the Spanish communities is very limited. Gems, para mí, significa la valorizaciónreal del trabajo que he venido reaizando en la red desde hace 2 años y unos 4 meses. Leí posts que aconsejaban no suplicar voces de orcas y ballenas, sino ganárselos con calidad en las pubñicaciones.

Un tanto tranquilo, y tal vez esperando tener el crecimiento necesario para conseguir votos, esperé con paciencia, y ese momento se dio cuando empecé a pubicar en Gems. RTecuerdo que fue @rocky1 l primero que me hizo vivir esa emoción, y a los pocos días fue @upmewhale, para terminar con @appreciator.

Entre los 3 han conformado un grupo que está activo as 24 horas del día, y siempre espero un voto de ellos, pero sé que no sucederá así, y n siquiera tengo garantía de que me voten con frecuencia.

I started two communities of my own that I'm working very hard on. One is up and running the other is created but will be finalized this weekend. The simple fact your community wants too work with other communities is what hive should be all about! That's the biggest reason why I came back to the blog scene, I was on steemit since almost the beginning and always wanted community features like this. Congrats on your huge following and support from fellow hivians. You guys are doing a tremendous job so far and I commend you for it! What topics are welcomed in Gems? I am here now ( on steem and now on hive ) few years ago and even when i made my best usually nobody noticed me. Ok i am not a pro content creator but i always try to be real. Just i really lost the interest few months ago. Now i am trying to start it again. I have nothing more to say but I am really glad that you are supporting the newbie to engage or to push them more to enjoy using HIVE. Especially me, I have a lot of new recruit here to enjoy during quarantine and to help them to express their feelings while earning even in a small amount? I did recruit 23 in just 4 days...

The fact is, they are really attract in earning? I did convince them to use this platform instead of other social media platform like FB that what ever their post was nothing! Empty pocket! Please continue support the new comings especially my new recruit and he is famous to my country because he is an ACTOR, HOST, and NEWS ANCHOR in the Philippines.

The start is always the hardest. I have been into writing but this was way different. What I love about here is that, everybody is trying to help anybody, like for this one. I have a misconception about appreciator. I don't know I should say this but today when i was curating I stumbled upon this post. I am not a complainer and I don't complain I have a simple question from appreciated did I offend this service I am saying this because i noticed something while back when i was a hunter. Just want to clear if I did something wrong. I don't use Gems community for my post as i have a misconception they will never vote my post. No where seems to be much traffic if it comes to commenting. I thought the coronavirus would do platforms good but the opposite is true. Bad connections, depressions make it hard to be active and feel good.

Thanks for clearing it up, I did used to follow the gems community but there was just too much unrelated spamming going on for me and my feed wasn't enjoyable, so I had to stop following.

All misconceptions cleared from my end. And would say @gems is doing a job promoting curative content and authors. But I have written quiet a number of post an haven't gotten much support from the community duo am new in the @hive community I would be happy if I can get tips to help promote my hive experience.

@bluemist I have returned to social media platform after a hiatus (due to personal tragedy) and am actively working on contributing to this wonderful platform. Great to see the effort GEMS community is putting in for new users. Hope returning users like me get support too. Of course, nothing is to be taken for granted and only content with merit should get supported - as you all are rightly doing. Very heartening to see such effort.

I'm glad that any type of content in a different language is allowed in this community, some communities are very restrictive about the language used. This might be a suitable community for me to post regarding activities happening in my life.

I came upon this post and I do not know why but I feel compelled to write, I have said "F-it" 2 times and erased everything but here I am typing. The only thing I can think to tell you is, this was the most heartfelt post that I have read as to what a community is. I hope you get something out of that.
