Hello amigos, today I will be making a post about anxiety, its causes, effects, prevention, and also my experience and critical view of anxiety in a complex way. Anxiety is known to be one of the most common mental health issues that individuals all over the world are struggling to cope with. It is usually manifested as a feeling of fear that interferes with our daily life, sometimes worry, or even nervousness. But I believe that when we know the ways to tackle anxiety, we can lead a happy and enjoyable life.

In most cases, we suffer from anxiety due to genetic factors or disorders, but anyway, it is mostly caused by experiences in life and likewise by our personality traits. Anxiety usually develops from the kind of peer group we keep. Most individuals that we are surrounded by tend to make us feel less of ourselves, which can then lower our self-esteem and confidence in ourselves, making us less outspoken.

Sometimes we get words that are not motivational from those we think care about us, which makes the pain caused by anxiety too severe. Instead of those around you being an assistance, they eventually do the opposite. Overworking ourselves also leads to anxiety, anxiety develops when you feel that you have too much to handle.

Past experiences with life can critically figure anxiety, the remembrance of activities that have caused us pain and disability in our lives can cause us to feel anxiety, perpetually developing into sadness. Some people easily become victims of anxiety when they engage in love crowd events like parties and conferences. Most people do not like to be around the last crowd, not feeling safe, and the development of fear without reason, which has been caused by experience.

Some people often feel anxiety when they are about to take an important test or make crucial decisions that can determine their future. Our hectic schedule in life can also make us prone to anxiety, not having time for leisure, and inadequate planning. Anxiety knocks on the door; in this case, without tackling it, that door can open.

It sounds funny, but there was once a time that I was battling with anxiety, it was during a time that I was in SS1. At the time, I was a class monitor of the class, and I had so much responsibility to ensure that everyone was carried along and also to assist the teachers in every way. Aside from school life, I had another life elsewhere, which was my home. Whenever I am in school, I ensure that the class is being swept.

After all that, the one thing that gets me annoyed is the fact that I had to be flogged every day by my teachers because my class was being very noisy. Day by day, I would receive at least 10 lashes of the cane before returning home, and also go to church with a sad face 😔. I made sure that I wake up everyday in every morning go to school stay active in class and receive floggings from my teacher still come back home and attend mass daily and at the same time come back and read, the fact that my classmates were not helping matters caused me to feel less of myself and have low self-esteem.

It was at that point that I knew that power comes with great responsibility, I also got to know that power can either elevate you or bring you down. I felt like I should not be the class monitor again. That was the worst time I had to be in power. Because I had usually been the class money 12 from my JSS1 one day. I must say that I was happy when we entered SS2 and I was no longer the class monitor. For me, that was when all the headaches stopped, I could finally feel that when the teacher came in to look for the class monitor to be punished for not coordinating the class or getting a list of nice makers, I would be free.

It even got to the point where teachers still taught, and I was still the class monitor. Anxiety often leads to constant heart beating, trembling, and sleep disturbance. The feeling of fear and on certainty makes you vulnerable to sadness, also contributing to other mental issues like depression or overthinking. Sometimes anxiety can cause us to feel that we didn't even exist but the spirit so move on and push forward is what matters. I had to make sure that I was no longer the class money, so rent me from expression anxiety, we're expected to learn to practice division of labor to reduce anxiety and stress.

Anxiety can also cause us to be afraid, and this is a form of reasoning. Once you are afraid you cannot have an accurate view or idea about something because you are troubled and uncertain about your life or decisions to make. Seeking advice can be a good means of tackling and handling anxiety, because no problem shared is a problem solved.

It is also important to note that anxiety can likewise affect our relationship with our friends, colleagues, and family members. Due to you constantly being afraid and a lack of joy, when someone is afraid, communication becomes less, and communication is the key to the survival of a relationship with your family and friends. We can increase family Bond and remove anxiety by practicing activities that best make us happy and also share our thoughts.

Anxiety is one of the worst situations that can make our lives collapse. We can also help tackle anxiety by making sure that we have constant sleep, engagement in recreational activities that keep us on the go.
