Hay viajes que te cambian el día, el ánimo, hasta la forma de ver las cosas. Este fue uno de esos.

Me fui con Víctor, Rocío y sus dos hijos a Pozo Escondido. La caminata era suave, nivel bajo-medio, perfecta para desconectarse y activar el cuerpo sin morir en el intento.

Desde el inicio, todo se sintió diferente. El verde alrededor, el murmullo del agua, el olor a tierra mojada… una mezcla que me atrapó al instante.

En el camino, pasamos por como diez pozos. Cada uno tenía su encanto: unos con agua tan clara que parecía un espejo, otros con pequeñas caídas que parecían saludar.

Lo mejor fue cuando empezó a llover suave. No nos detuvimos, al contrario, la lluvia nos hizo reír más, contar anécdotas locas de otros viajes, mientras los niños corrían felices y sorprendidos con cada rincón nuevo.

Llegar a la última cascada fue otro nivel. Esa emoción que sentí es difícil de explicar… como cuando coronas una montaña, pero con el sonido poderoso del agua cayendo y una sensación de triunfo.

En ese momento, pensé: “Esto es lo que importa, esto es lo que queda.”

Cada viaje tiene su historia, y esta es una que voy a guardar siempre. Una que recomiendo sin dudar.

At that moment, I thought, "This is what matters, this is what's left."
