Namaste 🙏

Hope you all are doing good!!!

Here we were on top of the world, going even further, to the heaven. This place was even more than heaven. If someone could describe what heaven was the simply that would come in my mind. Will look something like this only. Now we were about to reach towards the summit of this peak. It wasn’t a peak but meow instead, and we were about to get on top of it.

Right in front of us were sacred bushes that only grows at about a certain height from sea level. The dark green coloured bushes that you can see in the photograph below is the secret bush that is offered to the gods in form of incense.

We were now at about 4000 m above sea level and the snow covered mountains were right in front of us. This is peak summer time here in Himalayas, but in spite of that the snow is still present on the mountains.

IMG_2381.jpeg

I opened the Alpine guide apps that I have installed on my iPhone for free and I opened it to check the peaks and the height of peaks that were around us to my surprise. We could see even some peaks more than 5000 m in height in that direction.

IMG_2383.jpeg

The campsite where we stopped a few minutes ago was now looking tiny. We were not able to see the small camps even from this height. We were now at about a decent height from the sea level, and we could also feel that in the air around us, the air was getting thinner, and the lack of oxygen was being felt by our bodies .

IMG_2385.jpeg

We looked around in all directions to find the most beautiful peaks that we ever saw in our life. This is the Peer Panjal Range of Himalayas. In fact, this is the starting peaks of the range, and it just looks so beautiful as you can see in the photographs.

IMG_2386.jpeg

Those wishes were available everywhere now and to be very honest, all we could see where these bushes only and there was no plantation available at this height, except for the grass and these little bushes that is offered to the divine.

IMG_2387.jpeg

We didn’t expect to come this far and this elevation when we started our trek. We just wanted a little day excursion, but it ended up in a proper trek.

IMG_2388.jpeg

Now we were almost on top and the world was beneath us. It felt like we were the Kings and we were ruling this whole world. There was no one else present on this mountain, except for two of us, and the feeling of being on top was incomparable to anything else, we had experience in our lives.

IMG_2391.jpeg

The best part about the trip was that it was unplanned unplanned to an extent that we even didn’t knew that we were, we were going. We just got out of our comfort zone to get to The Mountain and The Mountain took us here.

The block that I will be posting after this one will be the last one of this series, and that will depict our journey of getting back from this mesmerising mountain. I’ll also some part of being on the top of the mountain that I won’t be able to cover in this blog, so that is also for today. Thank you all for passing by.

Peace ☮️
