In this post I will share my experience when I returned to visit the mangrove forest tourist destination in Langsa city, but this visit had a very different purpose, namely to fish there, in my first visit to the mangrove forest I saw several visitors who were fishing there, that's what made my desire to fish irresistible, coincidentally today I had free time so I immediately used it for a vacation while fishing in the mangrove forest of Langsa city. Before fishing I have to make sure the condition of the river water is high tide or low tide, because to fish we have to wait for the river water to rise first so that our hopes of getting a lot of fish are greater, so I did this trip exactly at 12 noon and right at that time the river water had started to rise.

I started this trip from my uncle's house and it only took about 1 and a half hours to get to the mangrove forest location, when I arrived there I immediately parked my motorbike in the parking lot provided there, and after that I immediately paid the entrance ticket of Rp. 10,000, - in Indonesian currency, on the way to the river I first had to cross a bridge in the mangrove forest, from the main area I had to walk about 500 meters to get to the first spot.

During this visit, the tourist spot was also very quiet, but this gave me the opportunity to fish to my heart's content. The first spot was near the European Bridge, but I was a little hesitant because I didn't see anyone fishing there,so I decided to take a break near the bridge while I thought about finding the right spot.

The river water was also high tide which meant it was the perfect time for fishing, after thinking for a moment I finally decided to walk to the second spot first, hoping to find other anglers there, while walking I continued to look and feel the refreshing atmosphere around me, making this visit so enjoyable and so satisfying, and this is what is called completing two hobbies in one opportunity

After walking for about 5 minutes, I finally arrived at the second location. Luckily, I found some visitors fishing there,without hesitation, I immediately joined them. However, before fishing, I decided to eat first. No matter how interesting a hobby is, we still have to take care of our health

After eating, I immediately went fishing in the river in front of me. The weather at that time was also very hot, but luckily there were lots of shady mangrove trees so I could take shelter under them. I fished while continuing to look at the beautiful views offered by this place,one of the most beautiful views at that time was the view from the mangrove forest tower.

I felt very happy because I had succeeded in fulfilling my desire to fish in this place, and the feeling of joy increased even more when I managed to catch my first fish,I fished in that place for about 2 hours but I only managed to catch one fish.

But not long after, the visitors immediately went home and only left me alone there, at that time I thought again whether I should fish in this place or choose to return to the first spot, after thinking for a moment, I finally decided to return to the first spot, which was around the European bridge.

A holiday while fishing, perhaps this is the right term for my trip this time, if anyone asks about the conditions and atmosphere around this mangrove forest, the answer is that the atmosphere is clearly different from the urban area, the air here is so refreshing, we can even smell the random but very fragrant scent of flowers

Arriving around the European bridge, I immediately explored this bridge first, the goal was to find a suitable spot for me to fish, after walking for about 2 minutes, finally I found the right spot, which was on the edge of the bridge.

As far as the eye could see, I didn't see any other visitors besides me around this bridge. Even though I was alone, I still felt very happy, and nature became my best friend at that time. I think fishing is a truly extraordinary hobby because it can make i calm and relaxed, and can clear your mind from stress,especially if the place is very beautiful and quiet

And luckily in the spot around this bridge I managed to get a lot of fish, of course this really made me happy.

I don't remember how long I spent around this bridge, but I definitely made my way home at 5:00 pm, and I also managed to catch a lot of fish, so that it was enough to be made into a side dish for dinner.
