This is my entry for the weekend challenge topics proposed by @galenkp, I will answer question number 1:
Optimistic or pessimistic, which one are you and why? Give examples.
I believe that seeing the positive side to the situations that are not presented to us in life, makes them more bearable, a few years ago the country went through a strong economic crisis, in which we had many limitations to acquire basic necessities, at that time I tried not to get anxious and focus on finding solutions, it was enough with the daily stress load to add more, because it is frustrating and painful that children ask for food and there is not to give them, every day was literally an odyssey to get food, In this context many families opted to create recipes using vegetables, in other publications I have mentioned that the arepa is the traditional food of Venezuela, usually at breakfast and dinner, there are even regions where they eat the arepa also at lunch to accompany soups, stews, among others, traditionally arepas are prepared with corn flour, a product that is in high demand in the country and several companies make it, during this crisis it was virtually impossible to get the flour and many people applied perhaps without knowing the phrase of Albert Einstein: "In time of crisis creativity is worth more than knowledge", they managed to make arepas with vegetables.

I had never eaten arepas made with yuca, plantain, sweet potato, or ocumo, among other vegetables. With this situation, the mothers' creativity led them to prepare new dishes to feed their family. I always remained calm and, together with my husband, looked for options to have food at home. I always thanked Heavenly Father for the daily provisions. It wasn't what we were used to eating, but there was enough to feed us.
I consider myself an optimistic person because I try to see the glass half full in adverse situations, every day when I wake up I thank God for the day and through prayer I lay out the plans I have for that day asking for his guidance and direction, I know I must work on it, but I ask God to give me the wisdom and understanding to be able to bring them to a successful conclusion, there are complicated ones in which situations arise that are beyond my control and it is impossible to fulfill pending tasks, but that is not a cause for concern because they can be done the next day, being optimistic is not believing that everything is going to be done with a magic wand, being optimistic is having a clear vision of what we want to do and working on it always with the best attitude and disposition, progressively or in a short time the results will be seen, the important thing is to maintain focus and be constant.
Every day I go to work, I do so with a great deal of optimism and a willingness to do my best to fulfill my responsibilities. At this point, I believe that if I go to work with a pessimistic attitude, I'll be predisposed to carry out the tasks, and I'll also be reticent to receive suggestions. Pessimism sees everything as negative.

Blessings!
