In life, we can feel down, but I am truly extremely optimistic. You might think that a person is optimistic because they don't experience extreme situations, but when I look inside myself, I realize that being optimistic is in my genes.
I have been through many situations that did not paralyze me at the time. I look at everything I have overcome and say, “Lisbett, you are very brave.” Many people did not think much of me; I was a somewhat distracted child. My parents divorced, and when I was only three years old, they separated me from my mother and my siblings. I feel that this helped me in some situations, but emotionally it affected me quite a bit. Although now I feel that it wasn't so hard, I think it could have been worse.
I'm surprised that everything that happened doesn't affect me anymore. I feel that God played a big role in how I face life. I'm not complaining. On the contrary, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Seeing my parents now, hearing their laughter, and listening to their powerful stories makes me say, “No wonder I am the way I am.” My father is 82 years old and is now undergoing his third round of chemotherapy. Hearing his encouragement makes me say, “No wonder I am the way I am.”
This year I was also able to break free from a somewhat unpleasant relationship. My attitude hasn't changed, although I can't lie, it threw me off balance a little, but I've been able to pick myself up and remain very optimistic. That inner voice never leaves me. I feel that being optimistic is a great way of life and a huge blessing.
All that's left for me to say is: Rest, but don't give up.

Hello @midnightspen it's very easy for me to convey it, with a smile, a kind look, even in moments when others lose their kindness, I can remain calm.
