¡¡Hola a todos!! Soy nueva en esta comunidad y decidí unirme porque me encanta la idea de poder compartir un poco de las cosas más interesantes, divertidas y hasta un poco locas que suceden en mi día a día.
Hello everyone!!! I'm new to this community and I decided to join because I love the idea of being able to share some of the most interesting, funny and even a little crazy things that happen in my day to day life.
Hoy les quiero confesar que, a mis 28 añitos, no se andar en bicicleta por lo que un buen dia me dispuse a aprender. Mi maestro fue mi sobrino, Maxi, de 4 años, quien me tuvo mucha paciencia y me acompaño al parque para pasar un rato diferente y enseñarme. No se si era mas grande su felicidad o mi miedo de caerme, creo que ahora no se quien acompaño a quien al parque, pero así lo intentamos.
Today I want to confess that, at 28 years old, I don't know how to ride a bike, so one day I decided to learn. My teacher was my nephew, Maxi, 4 years old, who was very patient and accompanied me to the park to have a different time and teach me. I don't know if it was his happiness or my fear of falling, I don't know now who accompanied who to the park, but that's how we tried.
Al llegar al parque tuvimos que rentar una bicicleta para mí, mi sobrino si tiene pero yo no, al no saber andar en bicicleta no me había interesado nunca comprar una. Estuvimos algunas horas, nos fuimos por el camino de bicicletas, dimos muchas vueltas a la laguna, esquive un par de árboles y unas que otras personas, creo que recorrimos el parque entero y aun así no logre tener buen equilibrio mientras andaba.
When we got to the park we had to rent a bike for me, my nephew has one but I don't, since I don't know how to ride a bike I had never been interested in buying one. We were there for a few hours, we went through the bike path, we rode around the lagoon, we dodged a couple of trees and a few people, I think we rode through the whole park and even then I didn't manage to have good balance while riding.
Fue un día muy especial ya que todo el día estuvimos riendo pues nuestras bicicletas no tenían campanas ni cornetas para avisar asi que y teníamos que gritarles a las personas: ¡Cuidadooo! para que no se atravesaran en el camino de esta ciclista inexperta y su maestro que no veía hacia el frente por estar pendiente de mí.
It was a very special day because all day long we were laughing because our bikes had no bells or horns to warn us so we had to shout to people: "Careful! so they wouldn't cross the path of this inexperienced cyclist and her teacher who couldn't see in front because he was watching out for me.
Cuando llegamos a la casa estábamos cansados y sin fuerzas para levantarnos del mueble o hacer cualquier otra cosa por todo el ejercicio que hicimos en el día, aunque debo decir que valió la pena todo el esfuerzo porque pasamos tiempo de calidad juntos, aprendí una que otra cosita y lo mejor es que también merendamos helado.
When we got home we were tired and without the strength to get up from the furniture or do anything else because of all the exercise we did during the day, although I must say that it was worth all the effort because we spent quality time together, I learned a little something and the best thing is that we also had ice cream.
Al final del dia, él estaba feliz porque fuimos al parque y yo lo estaba porque me gusta vivir estos momentos junto a él que seguro recordara en un futuro y porque nadie salió lastimado (incluyéndome). En conclusión, no puedo decir que soy una experta o aprendí muy bien, pero sí que lo intente y estoy segura de que si volvemos a practicar ya me ira mucho mejor, como dicen por ahí “la práctica hace al maestro” o eso espero.
At the end of the day, he was happy because we went to the park and I was happy because I like to live these moments with him that I am sure he will remember in the future and because nobody got hurt (including me). In conclusion, I can't say that I am an expert or that I learned very well, but I can say that I tried and I am sure that if we practice again I will be much better, as they say “practice makes perfect” or so I hope.

Saludos mi querida Estefani 🤗 que cosa más linda, aprendiendo de Maxi. Aunque yo recuerdo que en el pasado habíamos aprendido a manejar bicicleta. Supongo que se va olvidando con el tiempo. Un abrazo.
Supongo que el dicho de "andar en bicicleta no se olvida" no aplica conmigo! Con toda mi practica he logrado solo andar en linea recta jajaja
