One of my favorite things to do is to always dress up and try new places I saw a review about this restaurant called Rodo abuja , Rodo restaurant is a contemporary African restaurant restaurant that have the mixture of both Nigeria traditional dishes and contemporary dishes . Few days before visiting the restaurant I and my friend went through their menu on their instagram page they had varieties of food like Rodo clay pot , asaro (yam porridge) , native rice , attieke fish , Nyama Choma and lots more i and my friend already knew what we wanted from home and our chioce of food from the menu was the Rodo clay pot because we saw lots of reviews about the clay pot I guess it’s their best seller the Rodo clay pot consist of Smokey jollof , beef and plantain , when we got to the restaurant and it was finally time to order I ordered the sinasir chicken tacos and watermelon fresh juice and my friend ordered the Rodo clay pot with pineapple & ginger drink . The watermelon fresh juice was really nice and it was worth the price for the sinasir chicken tacos it was great but I was disappointed by the amount and I didn’t know it would not taste as crunchy as the popular tacos but regardless I enjoyed my meal . The customer service was top notch immediately we arrived at the restaurant we asked the waitress if we could take pictures and she agreed it was really surprising because of how restaurant having been hindering client from taking pictures in restaurant when we were taking pictures one of the waiter offered to take my friend and I pictures they were really nice to us and they made us so comfortable.

One thing I liked about the restaurant was how fast they attended to us including the ambiance the ambiance was top notch and very comfortable they had art works in some areas of the restaurant I took lots of pictures to my satisfaction . I didn’t get the chance try out their best seller ( Rodo clay pot ) because I was on a budget but I’ll be trying out the restaurant again my experience at Rodo was a 10/10 and I can’t wait to visit again .
