Day 2578 | Morning Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

I started out monday pretty well with a morning run and good intentions to make the most of the day. This began with an enjoyable walk to get in my steps toward my 70k goal this week. I also had some productivity in the afternoon and initially ate healthy with a smoothie. In the late afternoon I went to the asian supermarket to get some onigiri. I didn't do all too much in the evening though and could not resist the temptation to get some doritos.

New Day Goals: I aim to have some initial productivity, go home to my parents and go for a dog walk (if the weather allows it), in the evening I will meet up with a friend I have not seen for a while.

Wow. I am glad you knew the importance of morning walk. It is beneficial to your health by aiding effective blood circulation, regulating obesity, keeping one fit etc.
