A couple of weeks ago, it was my 25th blood donation. A small jubilee.
I got green sticky tape around the spot where they spilled my blood, fancy.
You can see that we get well fed after the donation itself. It's a way to say "Thank you!" , and it is very appreciated.
The rule, for males, is that you can donate blood every three months. So my next donation could be in September. I will probably move it to October, after several running events. For sure, I will donate blood again!

Not everyone gives blood, but it’s something that really saves lives. I agree with you, even one donation can help a lot. Also good to hear they treat you well after donating, that small meal or snack really helps. Great job!

Yes, it's always a pleasure to eat sandwich, drink coffee, tea, an juice after blood donation. Simply because you know you did something worthful for your fellow humans and you can now treat yourself.
