Se nos fue Julio, como paso este mes tan rápido, pero sin duda, no lo olvidaré, en este mes, perdí mi racha, me dio mucha tristeza, ni modo, las cosas pasan por algo, ahora estoy más tranquila, y relajada, sin la presión de que debo publicar a cierta hora, o diario, para poder cumplir.
Este mes me he sentido un poco mal, días buenos, otros no tanto, con mis estados de ánimo en constante cambio, ha sido algo agotador, lidiar con mi mente, con mi cuerpo, haciendo lo mejor que puedo, para algunos les resultara más fácil el tener una buena actitud ante todo, para otros nos cuesta el doble, sobre todo si sufrimos de esta condición, que pocos conocen, o no la comprenden, como lo es la endometriosis, vivir con ella, es un proceso bastante complicado, pero bueno, no quiero abrumarlos con eso.
No quiero quejarme ya, sé que no vale la pena, tengo que trabajar más en ello, un día a la vez, asi que mejor hablemos de las cosas buenas que viví este mes, cumpliendo con mis ejercicios, el compartír que hicimos en el gym, con mi super look jajaja; conociendo el nuevo local de farmatodo, y no olvidemos mi nueva faceta, no todo es malo, claro que no, ahora me he vuelto una experta en la cocina, preparando mis menús saludables, ya que cada día busco hacer una receta nueva, esto me ha ayudado mucho, dicen que también es una buena terapia, y yo me siento motivada, cuando estoy preparando mis recetas.😍😋
Pero no puedo dejar de mencionar lo más importante y maravilloso de este mes, mi nueva comunidad, super feliz y emocionada, por fin, después de tanto tiempo, me decidí, y con mucho entusiasmo, ha nacido Creative Papercraft, los invito a verla, y sean parte de hermoso y creativo espacio.
Agosto viene bonito, lo presiento, deseo de todo corazón que asi sea, cosas buenas vienen, solo hay que mantener la fe, y nunca dejar de creer y soñar.

July has gone by. How quickly this month went by, but I'll definitely never forget it. This month, I lost my streak. It made me so sad. It's no problem. Things happen for a reason. Now I'm calmer and more relaxed, without the pressure of having to post at a certain time, or every day, to be able to keep up.
This month I've felt a little bad—some good days, others not so much—with my moods constantly changing. It's been exhausting, dealing with my mind, my body, doing the best I can. For some, it'll be easier to have a good attitude about everything. For others, it's twice as hard, especially if we suffer from this condition, which few know about or don't understand, like endometriosis. Living with it is a rather complicated process, but hey, I don't want to overwhelm you with that.
I don't want to complain anymore. I know it's not worth it. I have to work harder on it, one day at a time. So let's talk about the good things I experienced this month: keeping up with my workouts, sharing what we did at the gym, and my amazing look, haha. Getting to know the new Farmatodo store, and let's not forget my new side. Not everything is bad, of course not. Now I've become an expert in the kitchen, preparing my healthy meals, since I try to make a new recipe every day. This has helped me a lot. They say it's also good therapy, and I feel motivated when I'm preparing my recipes. 😍😋
But I can't help but mention the most important and wonderful thing this month: my new community. I'm super happy and excited. Finally, after so long, I decided, and with great enthusiasm, Creative Papercraft was born. I invite you to check it out and be part of this beautiful and creative space.
August is coming along beautifully, I feel it, and I sincerely hope so. Good things are coming, you just have to keep the faith and never stop believing and dreaming.
