Buenas tardes, hoy celebro la magia de mi grupo de trabajo.
A través de estas fotografías comparto mucho más que rostros; comparto instantes que capturan el alma del equipo que me acompaña día tras día. Son ellos, mis compañeros, con quienes entrelazo dudas y saberes, con quienes atravieso inquietudes y momentos de certeza, construyendo juntos un espacio donde las diferencias no nos separan, sino que nos enriquecen. Porque aunque a veces no coincidimos en nuestras visiones o caminos, siempre hay una intención compartida: hacer del trabajo un acto noble y colaborativo.

En cada jornada, aún con sus ritmos vertiginosos, hay destellos de humanidad: pequeñas pausas que se vuelven oasis en medio del deber. En ellas reímos, nos desahogamos, o simplemente nos miramos y entendemos sin palabras. No es cuestión de pertenecer por obligación, sino de identificarse de manera genuina. Hay un grupo, a veces silencioso, a veces bullicioso, que se convierte en ese círculo seguro donde cada uno puede expresarse sin máscaras. Y eso, para mí, es un regalo.

Ellos son vitamina.
Energía que alimenta cuando el cansancio golpea. Son quienes, con sus ocurrencias, gestos y complicidades, colorean los días grises y convierten los retos en hazañas compartidas. Agradezco profundamente a quienes, aún en sus momentos difíciles, siguen mostrando su mejor y su peor versión, porque eso también construye la verdad del equipo. No somos perfectos, pero sí honestos; no iguales, pero sí esenciales los unos para los otros.

Detrás de cada logro que celebramos hay un entramado invisible de apoyo, escucha, paciencia y resiliencia. Y eso también se merece un aplauso. Hoy doy gracias por cada momento de locura, por cada carcajada en medio del estrés, por cada conversación que me llevó a mirar las cosas desde otro ángulo. Porque esos gestos, que a veces parecen pequeños, son los que nos humanizan, nos conectan y nos sostienen.

Que estas imágenes no sean solo testigos de un encuentro laboral, sino de vínculos que trascienden, de un compañerismo que transforma y de una humanidad compartida que se vuelve faro en medio de nuestras responsabilidades.

English Good afternoon, today I celebrate the magic of my work group.
Through these photographs I share much more than faces; I share moments that capture the soul of the team that accompanies me day after day. It is them, my colleagues, with whom I intertwine doubts and knowledge, with whom I go through concerns and moments of certainty, building together a space where differences do not separate us, but enrich us. Because although sometimes we do not coincide in our visions or paths, there is always a shared intention: to make work a noble and collaborative act.

In each day, even with its vertiginous rhythms, there are glimpses of humanity: small pauses that become oases in the midst of duty. In them we laugh, we let off steam, or we simply look at each other and understand each other without words. It is not a question of belonging out of obligation, but of genuine identification. There is a group, sometimes silent, sometimes noisy, that becomes that safe circle where everyone can express themselves without masks. And that, for me, is a gift.

They are vitamin.
Energy that nourishes when fatigue strikes. They are the ones who, with their witticisms, gestures and complicity, color the gray days and turn challenges into shared feats. I am deeply grateful to those who, even in their difficult moments, continue to show their best and worst version, because that also builds the truth of the team. We are not perfect, but honest; not equal, but essential to each other.

Behind every achievement we celebrate there is an invisible web of support, listening, patience and resilience. And that too deserves applause. Today I give thanks for every moment of madness, for every laugh in the midst of stress, for every conversation that led me to look at things from another angle. Because those gestures, which sometimes seem small, are the ones that humanize us, connect us and sustain us.

May these images not only be witnesses of a work meeting, but of bonds that transcend, of a companionship that transforms and of a shared humanity that becomes a beacon in the midst of our responsibilities.
