Hello, my dear friends! Today marks the start of a new week, and I want to begin it with the best energy possible. I would like to take this opportunity to send you a hug filled with love, wherever you may be.
I tried some empanadas that were recommended to me by several people very close to my home. There were many options available, but we chose shrimp, corn with cheese, choriqueso, and chicken.
When I tried the empanadas, I understood perfectly why they say they are so delicious. The reason is very simple: they are crispy and their fillings are full of flavor. My favorite was the corn and cheese one. When I tasted it, it had a bacon flavor that went perfectly with the corn and cheese.
The next time I cook empanadas, I would like to combine those ingredients. I hope to achieve their unmatched flavor.

¡Hola, mis corazones! Hoy inicia una nueva semana y quiero hacerlo con la mejor de las energías, aprovecho para enviarles un abrazo cargado de amor hasta donde se encuentren.
Probé unas empanadas que me recomendaron varias personas muy cerca de mi casa, habían muchas opciones disponibles pero elegimos unas de camarones, maíz con queso, choriqueso y pollo.
Cuando probé las empanadas pude entender perfectamente el porqué dicen que son tan deliciosas y la razón es muy sencilla son crujientes y sus rellenos llenos de mucho sabor, mi favorita fue la de maíz con queso cuando pude sentir su sabor en mi paladar tenía un sabor a tocineta que combinaba perfecto con el maíz y el queso.
La próxima vez que cocine empanadas me gustaría combinar esos ingredientes, espero lograr su inigualable sabor.
