Today was busy with lots of things around the house, multiple loads of dishes, cleaning the kitchen, making burritos and dinner for the family.
I also did laundry, cleaning in other aspects of the house, not to mention getting other things done around the house.
I was able to get some stretching and a dead hang in. A chunk of activity came from a nice heavybag workout, didn't hurt my shoulde much either, which is a good thing!
