Cleaning out what we no longer use can be seen as a noble gesture, but it can also be used as an opportunity to exercise the body and mind a little.

I took the opportunity to get rid of many things that my children no longer use.

I took some to a charity clothing rack for those in need, and others I sent to my youngest child's school, which also has a community wardrobe.

I still have a few things left to get rid of, but it's getting less and less.

Hacer limpieza de lo que ya no usamos, puede verse como un gesto noble, pero también aprovechado para ejercitar un poco el cuerpo y la mente.

Yo aproveché para salir de muchas cosas que ya no usan mis hijos, algunas las llevé a un perchero solidario para que la tomen quienes necesitan, y otra las mandé a la escuela de mi pequeño, que también tienen un ropero comunitario.

Todavía me falta salir de algunas cosas, pero cada vez es menos.
