The photo is from yesterday’s hike. I sported a pair of socks on my backpack. Why? On the previous day I had been caught by a thunderstorm. My boots are good, but water had flowed down my legs from my poncho. In the end, my boots had soaked and had not dried in the night.
So I put on slightly wet boots in the morning. After 2.5hrs hiking, I replaced the socks with a dry pair and put the wet pair on my backpack to dry. I then did it again. It’s my trail hack
