Another good night of sleep which was well needed given how the past month has gone. After a great breakfast with the family, we geared up for a busy day ahead but not before a stop at the gym. My second day of the program was lower body focused and pretty short which surprised me. I did not go too heavy as we had plans for some shopping afterwards but I still got a good sweat from the routine. We showered at the gym and headed for some shopping.
School is starting soon so we finished buying a couple of things for that before sitting for a good lunch which got me some good protein which remains a focus for me. After a long shopping stint, we headed back home where I decided to get a session for my core before the night came. A good weekend at the end but another busy week ahead to manage while focusing on my new program.
