Greetings to all sports enthusiasts and healthy lifestyle advocates!**
Yesterday was dedicated to computer work, and I had little physical activity. Today, I'm pleased to share a report of my completed activities.
Despite working at the computer, I took breaks for physical activity. I did several sets of bicep curls with a barbell.
In the evening, I visited my favorite workout spot where I did ab exercises, specifically leg raises while hanging from a pull-up bar. I completed four sets of tricep extensions and four sets of butterfly exercises.
At the end of the workout, I did one set of six repetitions with maximum weight for bench press.
The total activity amounted to about 13,000 points.
