Making a new path is hard work and kind of depressing at how slow it goes. Then again when this is what I see before hand...

And this is me in the middle of a bunch of green

And side note. Today life was a bunch of roses. Wild roses that are 4m tall with really big thorns. If it was just thinking trees it would not be so difficult but those wild roses... Ugh.

My wife also wanted to go through the "old growth" and try to make a passage into the marsh land

Even saw something resembling wild grapes there which was cool but then again they are also mildly toxic. Not cool. Sigh.

Then after cutting a path we marked it with ribbon so we could find it again :)

The heavy red line is the 200m it took us two hours to get through but we made it through so now a walk around the property is about a 1.6km walk. Hooray.

Before we really didn't have a way to go around it. There are also parts that are inaccessible by foot and someday we might cost paths do we can actually see everything we have but until then we have a path.

I can show the path to the road builder so they can know exactly where they need to go.

One step closer to having a useable property.

That's how I got my 11k steps today.

And let's see what tomorrow brings
