The Blog of travelshots

I have already shown you a lot of street photography from rainy days in Shanghai. But after five days of continuous rain and cloudy skies, I was glad that on my penultimate evening in the Chinese metropolis, I was able to take advantage of the blue hour and spend some time capturing the city's iconic skyline. To do this, I went to a bridge at the beginning of the evening that, in my opinion, offers one of the best views of the entire city.

Nun habe ich euch schon sehr viel Straßenfotografie von verregneten Tagen in Shanghai gezeigt. Doch nach fünf Tagen Dauerregen und wolkenverhangenem Himmel, war ich froh, dass ich an meinem vorletzten Abend in der chinesischen Metropole auch mal die blaue Stunde nutzen konnte und mich ausgiebig damit beschäftigen konnte, die ikonische Skyline der Stadt in Szene zu setzen. Dafür begab ich mich am Beginn des Abends auf eine Brücke, die meiner Meinung nach eine der besten Aussichten der gesamten Stadt bietet.

Here, I used the zoom effect again. To do this, I zoomed from 35 to 16 mm during a long exposure.

Hier brachte ich auch mal wieder den Zoom-Effekt zum Einsatz. Dafür zoomte ich während einer Langzeitbelichtung von 35 auf 16mm.

Later, I walked along the northern Bund and photographed the skyline from other perspectives. Finally, I edited the photos in different styles.

Später spazierte ich noch am nördlichen Bund entlang und fotografierte die Skyline aus weiteren Perspektiven. Am Ende bearbeitete ich die Fotos noch in verschiedenen Stilen.
