I realize that this new initiative is still quite early on but some users have been doing some amazing work in utilizing it and I hope they're happy with some of the rewards we've thrown their way!
If there's anything I could ask of them would be to try and get more people to join in on the fun and also start including #posh for different social media platforms we haven't touched on before. It seems hive activity on web2 is on the rise, which is amazing to see so it's important to keep that trend going!
We still have some additional plans for #gosh and #posh token reward through comment commands soon, but currently I'm getting a bit overwhelmed trying to curate everything so please bear with me. :D I'll make another post soon about how we'll be adding more rewards through token issuance to good snappers as @poshtoken is finally catching up on liquidity for redditposh and blueskyposh through @nomnomnomnom and the weekly contests. Hope ya'll are excited for the upcoming plans!

Yeah that's fine, I think the general universal thing we wanna add as a requirement eventually is to tag both #gosh/#posh and then what platform you're requesting support on to help make browsing/choosing where to help out easier. Some platforms may not show embeds (such as Instagram, although asgarth mentioned he'll look into it), so to avoid confusion it'd be nice if people could start adding more tags in the beginning such as in your case it'd be #gosh #publish0x followed by a link.
Perfect, I'll do that with some publish0x links then! I've already seen that we have some hivers there, I want to try to get more people there, we can create a hive network there and get a few bucks and then take that amount and invest it here at Hive.

I had an idea the other day, maybe this would interest you.
What would you say about a ... reversed $posh?
Meaning, what if a user who is in hive already (or we can give this as an incentive to create a hive account) - makes a post on a web2 i.e. Instagram mainly and this could automatically be posted as a short form post (i.e. snap, wave or thread) - if they use a specific hashtag? This idea came to me because I have some friends posting amazing content on instagram (mostly photographs or videos), but I just cant get them to post on hive, they have made a few posts but consider this too complicated.
I would love to have your input on this... (I am only referring to short form posts)

Anything "automatic" needs API calls, we're lucky reddit works currently for @redditposh comments similar to how twitter posh worked in the past. But it's most likely just a matter of time until they also start making that cost and we're unsure if that cost is going to be manageable or if it's going to be as stupid as twitter asking $42,000/month.
I initially like the idea, sort of like a "pending rewards" kind of thing where if they want to eventually claim the rewards they may have earned on hive the account here handling all that would've stored who the user was using the tags and allow them to receive the rewards once they login with instagrm/other web2 confirming their identity. But it begs the question if just using a tag on web2 benefits hive in any way.

I personally don’t understand how posh works that’s why I haven’t given it a shot.
#posh stands for proof of sharing, compared to #gosh which stands for "go share", it's more like you're just showing off your hive related share and wanting some rewards for that.
The strength with posh snaps is that you can showcase any web2 platform and it doesn't require automatic fetching using API's which are very restricted since you just manually input a link and/or screenshot. So we can now include any web2 platform in being curated for people who've made an effort in sharing something hive related there in an effort to drive traffic/attention to our ecosystem.
#gosh instead is more about encouraging others to go out there and help increase the visibility of a certain post - doesn't always have to be twitter either but preferably something many already have accounts on and can easily go there and help you out.
A squad searching for Hive promo gems on X (and not only) and bringing them to those with no time for scrolling X - amazing!

This is a good initiative. I've been promoting the Vibes community and Hive as a whole on X, Instagram, and Facebook. So, do you advise we include posh and gosh hashtags in our posts about Hive on the Web2 spaces, and share posts about Hive on Web2 in the Hiveposh Snap feed?
No the posh and gosh hashtags won't do anything on web2. You just share links to tweets you want supported with #gosh or if a tweet or (other web2 platform) did well that attempted to promote hive/hive dapps then tag it #posh in the hiveposh community snap section.
